The Department of English invites applicants for a lecturer
position. This is a full-time teaching position requiring a
teaching load of four courses per semester. The primary
responsibilities will be in teaching lower division (introductory
and intermediate) writing courses. This is a one-year appointment.
Salary is competitive.

Ph.D. in English or Rhetoric and Composition or MFA in Writing. Substantial teaching experience in lower division writing at the university level.
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with the TCU composition program and the ability to teach for the TCU Writing major is especially helpful.
