Job Description:

The College of Medicine, Department of Surgery is seeking applicants who have completed or are currently enrolled in a fellowship training program for MIS and/or bariatric surgery for a faculty position in the Division of General Surgery. Rank and tenure status will be determined based on education and experience. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to join an academic unit consisting of multiple faculty members that blend excellence in the care of complicated Foregut and Bariatric patients.

Applicants should be comfortable performing a variety of surgical procedures on the foregut, including bariatric procures. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in cutting edge clinical trials in a variety of cancer patients.

Advertised Salary:

Negotiable based on education and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

MD degree and board certified or eligible in general surgery and fellowship training in MIS and/or bariatric surgery.
