Job Description: The Department of Information Systems and Operations Management (ISOM) in the Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida is inviting applications for one Lecturer position starting August 2014. Candidates are required to have a Ph.D. degree in Operations Management or a closely related area. Prior teaching experience at the graduate level is necessary - preferably in operations management. The teaching load will be equivalent 6 teaching units per year required by the College of Business Administration for this position and will include teaching in the Electronic Platform. Prior experience with teaching in this format is preferred. Salary is competitive and based on experience and academic credentials.
Our department currently offers undergraduate, masters and Ph.D. programs in ISOM and we are currently the fastest growing department in the Warrington College of Business Administration. The faculty members in our department are well known researchers with interests in Operations Management, Information Systems, Management Science, and Decision Theory.
