Job Description
The University of Central Florida ( UCF ) Department of Marketing, in partnership with the DeVos Sport Business Management program, invites applications for a faculty position at the rank of senior assistant or associate professor. Start date is August 2018. Area of research interest for the position is open. Department teaching needs are in Sports Marketing, Marketing Strategy and Sales.


Position Minimum Qualifications
A doctoral degree from an accredited institution, either in Marketing or a closely-related field, is required.
Candidates must possess a portfolio of research in marketing and currently be engaged in an active research program in the field, with a strong record of publication productivity appropriate to rank requirements at UCF . This would necessarily include placements in top journals in the field, e.g., JM, JMR , JCR , Marketing Science, etc.
In order to be eligible for appointment as an associate professor upon hire, the successful candidate must have a distinguished record of scholarly achievement and teaching experience commensurate with a tenured faculty appointment at the rank of associate professor.


Preferences
Demonstrated success in delivering M.B.A. courses is strongly preferred.
