Auburn University at Montgomery is a coeducational public university located in Montgomery, Alabama. It is the metropolitan campus of Auburn University. AUM offers programs of study leading to Bachelor's, Master's and specialist degrees in Business, Education, Liberal Arts, Nursing, and Science. In addition, AUM offers Doctorates in the three programs in the conjunction with Auburn University. The university enrolls approximately 5,000 students, with an additional 10,000 enrolled in continuing education programs.

The Department of Business Administration in the College of Business at the Auburn University at Montgomery ( AUM ) is seeking applications for a tenure track Assistant or Associate Professor in Marketing. The position start date will be August 2018. Applicants will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in marketing and possibly hospitality and tourism, participate in research and scholarly activities consistent with AACSB expectation, and engage in service activities within the department, college, university, profession and community. This position requires a Doctorate in Marketing or a related field from an AACSB accredited institution (ABD's will be considered). Applicants should demonstrate capacity for high quality teaching (as evidenced by teaching evaluations if available). Evidence of scholarly productivity is essential, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Located in Montgomery, Alabama, AUM was established as a metropolitan campus of Auburn University by an act of the Alabama Legislature in 1967. AUM's College of Business has earned a reputation for quality.
