Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, Department of Accounting, Finance and Business Law in the College of Business, invites applications for a non-tenure track position as a Professional Assistant Professor beginning as early as Spring 2015.

All candidates must meet the following required qualifications:

The position is open to all areas of accounting. Applicants must have a master degree from an AACSB accredited institution with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in accounting, professional certification in accounting certification (e.g., CPA), significant and substantive professional experience in accounting. In limited cases, individuals without master's degrees may be considered if the depth, duration, sophistication, and complexity of their professional experience at the time of hiring outweighs their lack of master's degree qualifications. Applicants should have a strong commitment to continued engagement with the accounting profession, teaching excellence, and service. Salary is competitive. May involve night, weekend, and electronic course delivery.

The College of Business undergraduate and graduate business and accounting programs are accredited by AACSB International. The College moved into the Michael and Karen O'Connor building, a state-of-the-art new facility, in March 2011.
