The Office of Admissions, University of Minnesota-Twin Cities,  is seeking a highly motivated, focused, and results-oriented Assistant Director for Multicultural Recruitment. The primary purpose of the Assistant Director position is to ensure that the Office of Admissions achieves continued recruitment and enrollment success. The position is responsible for ensuring that admissions information to prospective families and students from underrepresented ethnic backgrounds is appropriately conveyed. The person in this position is also charged with managing a team that will cultivate relationships with key constituents, including community leaders, campus partners and school counselors as a means of ensuring a thorough understanding of the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities' admissions process. Further, this position ensures that relationships with high school students are established, resulting in a strong, qualified pool of ethnically diverse and academically prepared students in support of overall university enrollment goals.
