Psychology: DePaul University seeks a tenure-track, full-time, Assistant Professor faculty member in the child track of the clinical psychology program, to begin in September, 2015. Prerequisites include a strong research background and agenda, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to undergraduate and graduate teaching. Eligible candidates must have a Ph.D. from an APA-accredited doctoral program in clinical psychology. Licensed, or license eligible candidates are preferred. Area of specialization is open, but we have a special interest in candidates with research that addresses low-income urban children and/or adolescents; quantitative, qualitative, and/or methodological strengths; and grant-writing experience. The successful candidate will be expected to: (1) teach undergraduate and graduate psychology courses and contribute to the university's liberal studies curriculum; (2) mentor students and supervise theses and dissertations; and (3) make distinctive contributions to the scientific literature in clinical child psychology.
