Writing: Tenure-Track Assistant or Associate Professor in composition and rhetoric, to develop and provide training for courses in first-year, advanced, and professional multilingual writing. Specialties might include pedagogies of multilingual composition; global contexts for the study of writing in English; and/or comparison of Western rhetoric with other rhetorics. The appointment is effective starting in the fall of 2015. Teaching load is typically 2-2 on a semester system but can be reduced to accommodate program responsibilities. Ph.D. in English, Writing Studies, or Linguistics required by August 1, 2015. Review of applications will begin October 8 and continue until the position is filled.
