The Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University invites applications for a position as professor of the practice in the field of international intelligence studies, pending Provost approval. The successful candidate will be a distinguished scholar-practitioner in intelligence studies. The professor of the practice will teach courses on intelligence collection and analysis, on the role of intelligence in the formulation of foreign policy, and/or emerging trends in intelligence studies such as cyber-security. He or she will also mentor students pursuing careers in related fields. Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience and to those possessing a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline. We are open as to functional and regional expertise.
