Economics: Department of Economics - University of California, Riverside The UCR Economics Department invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor appointment in labor economics. We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong command of applied econometrics and whose research employs cutting-edge empirical methods to explore substantive issues in labor-related fields. Responsibilities include developing a strong research program and teaching/advising undergraduate and graduate students. Applicants are expected to have a demonstrated commitment to high-quality scholarly research, and must be ABD or have a Ph.D. in Economics or related field by the time of appointment; July 1, 2015. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with education and experience. Applications should include a letter of interest, CV, sample of research work, and three letters of recommendation.
