The Department of Finance in the School of Business at The College of New Jersey invites applicants for a tenure-track position at the assistant or associate professor level beginning academic year 2015-2016.  The applicant is expected to teach finance at all levels of the curriculum - introductory, core and upper division as well as a business statistics course. Strong preference will be given to the candidate with research and teaching interests in one of the following fields: corporate finance, financial modeling, and empirical statistical methods. All faculty also provide service to the TCNJ community, typically through committee work, and advise students.


A Ph.D., teaching experience, and an active record of research are preferred.  ABD candidates will be considered only on the condition of full doctoral completion by August 2015. A commitment to high quality undergraduate education, quality scholarly publication, and a desire to serve as an adviser on student research projects is expected.
