The University of Central Florida Foundation, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Development, The UCF Fund.  The preferred candidate coordinates the development efforts of the fund including Student Philanthropy Week, the Faculty and Staff Campaign, the student run call center, direct mail, e-solicitation,  acquisition programming and personal solicitation.

Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience.


The preferred candidate will possess experience in direct personal solicitation, budgeting and presentations. Demonstrated competence in oral and written communication. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Call center / phonathon experience a plus.


Salary commensurate with experience and education.
