Yale School of Drama/Yale Repertory Theatre (YSD/YRT) seeks a Development Associate to work 15 18 hours per week. This position will draft, edit, proofread, and collaborate on writing projects; identify, research, and analyze potential grant opportunities; participate in the development and processing of grant proposals; identify and research donor prospects; staff and coordinate donor/development events, and maintain development records. Position requires: strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational skills; an ability to work calmly, collaboratively, and flexibly in a busy and pressured office environment; and an interest in the arts and non-profit organizations. Experience with corporate and foundation development or fundraising preferred.
