Reporting to the Director of MBA Admissions, the Assistant Director of MBA Admissions is part of an admissions team that engages more than 20,000 prospective applicants and generates approximately 2,000 completed applicants to the full-time MBA program each year. The Assistant Director schedules and supervises the team of alumni and part-time admissions interviewers and is a member of the admissions committee with responsibilities that include evaluating applications. The Assistant Director conducts evaluative applicant interviews and informational interviews for prospective students and. hosts information sessions, makes presentations, and handles inquiries from prospective applicants. The Assistant Director is the on-site admissions director for walk-in prospective students and manages, analyzes and reports prospect applicant data and survey data. A Bachelors degree is required. A Masters Degree is preferred. All degrees should be from accredited institutions. Experience in admissions or student services preferred. Position requires exceptional presentation skills. Candidate must have strong written, oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Position requires some weekend and evening work. Occasional domestic travel may be required.
