The Grady College of The University of Georgia invites applications for a full-time position to begin August 15, 2014.
Lecturer. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
The individual hired for this position will have instructional responsibilities for courses in advertising and public relations, such as creative development, message strategy and graphic communication. Applicants must be able to instruct students on Apple computers using Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Candidates should demonstrate a command of concept development, typography, and image creation and use. Digital interactive design and execution experience is highly desirable. As with all faculty in the Department, the hired individual will have some service responsibilities.
Masters degree or MFA degree required, Ph.D. preferred. Professional experience and/or university teaching experience is highly desirable. Enthusiasm for working with undergraduates is a must.
