The Department of  Health & Human Performance at Texas A&M University (Commerce, Texas) is seeking applications for the position of Instructor/Assistant Professor - Human Performance.


The successful candidate will be expected to teach a variety of courses related to exercise science, set-up and run all exercise science labs, ensure that all lab equipment is maintained and serviced, coordinate the human performance major, advise students, engage in scholarly activity, work with graduate student theses, serve on professional and university committees, and provide service to the university and community.


Applicant must have a Doctorate or ABD in exercise physiology or related field. ABD candidates must have successfully defended their dissertation proposal to be considered.
Assistant professor level is a tenure track position and is only available to candidates that have completed their doctorate. Must have Blood lab experience or certifications and working knowledge of human performance lab equipment
