Business: Non-Tenure Stream, Open Rank Position in Organizational Behavior. The Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business and College of Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh seeks applications for a full-time, non-tenure track professor (rank open) in Organizational Behavior starting Fall 2015 (contingent on budgetary approval and upon authorization to work in the US). Teaching responsibilities will include undergraduate and graduate courses related to the Organizational Behavior area but strong preference will be given to candidates who are prepared to teach students (especially MBA level) in the areas of teamwork and leadership skills using simulations and other experiential approaches. The appointment requires a strong commitment to excellence in teaching. The candidate must have a PhD degree and be academically qualified (AQ) in accordance with AACSB guidelines and will be expected to maintain AQ status. Non-tenure track positions have a specific range of duties related to teaching and service and are not convertible into tenure track positions.
