Baylor University seeks an innovative and collaborative IT leader to become a Director of Admissions Operations & Technology for the Office of Admission Services.

 

Position Description:
This position specifically supports the mission of the University by providing leadership, vision, and direction to the Admissions Operations team to ensure the entire recruitment and admission operations process functions effectively to successfully meet university enrollment goals.

  • Develops predictive models and makes strategy recommendations for admissions and recruitment initiatives
  • Collaborates with University IT departments to develop and implement new systems
  • Analyze operational procedures and assess for inefficiencies, build solutions

 

The successful candidate will have experience with programming languages, excellent oral and written communications, and the ability to work through large conceptual ideas and projects.

Qualifications:

A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, three years of relevant work experience, and Christian faith is required.  The preferred candidate will possess a Masters degree and five years of relevant work experience.
