Responsible for success of academic initiatives in the residence halls including Living Learning Communities, specialty theme floors/buildings, and other academic enhancement programs for resident students. Administer the Faculty Associates program. Oversee the development and maintenance of the residence hall based tutoring programs. Coordinate the development and implementation of spring break travel abroad trips for residence hall students. 

Responsible for the implementation of the Panther Call-Out program. Implement the virtual residence hall communities.

Supervise 3-4 Resident Directors. Collects and maintains statistics and records. Oversee budget in this area. Incumbent will direct and facilitate project management, policy development and administration of departmental operations. Participates in on-call duty rotation.

PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record Check will be required as a condition of employment.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in Student Personnel or a related field required. Strong knowledge of Student Development Theory and proven applications of theory into practice. Experience working with diverse student populations imperative. Strong computer skills a must (Microsoft Office environment) and have ability to collect and interpret data. Knowledge of basic research and programmatic assessment methods necessary.
