New Student Programs & Testing Director
The New Student Programs and Testing Director has primary responsibilities for coordinating all new student orientation programs (freshman, transfer, and international), Fall Welcome, and fall convocation. This person works closely with deans and associate deans from across all campus divisions, along with first year academic advisors. New Student Orientation is the single most important "yield" activity of the recruiting cycle as 98% of those who attend, enroll. The director serves as a key member of the Enrollment Management and Marketing leadership team.
The minimum requirements include a Master's degree in College Student Personnel Services or equivalent; 1-2 years relevant work experience.
