Baylor University seeks an outstanding individual to become an Associate Vice President for Constituent Engagement in the Division of Constituent Engagement.
This position specifically supports the mission of the university by providing leadership to Constituent Engagement personnel in direct support of the constituent relations mission of the University and Pro Futuris. This position facilitates the work of alumni relations and project management, with strategic focus on enhancing constituent relationships with Baylor University and also within the Baylor family.

A masters degree, ten years of relevant work experience, and Christian faith is required. The preferred candidate will possess a Doctoral degree and ten years of relevant work experience.
