The Associate Director of Corporate and Employer Relations will have the primary responsibility of developing and executing a strategic plan that provides outstanding corporate and employer relations on behalf of the College of Arts and Sciences graduate and works in tandem with the overall university goals. Additionally, the Associate Director will work with software systems to maintain a record of employer engagement and student placement information. The Associate Director will also be involved in creating and leading employment and recruiting events on campus in support of professional development for Elon students. This position reports to the Executive Director of Corporate and Employer Relations for Elon University. Significant travel is required. We seek an individual devoted to corporate and employer relations who will work with the existing team in the SPDC in an effort to identify both internship and full-time job opportunities for students and alumni.
