Elon University is currently accepting applications for an Associate Director of Admissions and Director of Transfer and Special Admissions.  The Associate Director of Admissions and Director of Transfer and Special Admissions is responsible for implementing a program of recruitment for students who seek admission to Elon as a Transfer, Readmit, Spring Admit, Gap Semester, Collegiate Start @ Elon, or Special (non-degree) student. Recruitment will include strategic planning, research, marketing, and minimal travel. In addition to these specific duties within Transfer and Special Populations recruitment, this position is responsible for general admissions counselor responsibilities, application review and decision making. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred with two or more years of professional admissions experience as well as experience working with and advocating for transfer students. This position will supervise a part time student employee as serve as staff advisor for the newly formed Transfer Student Organization. The position will remain open until filled.
