Extension Services: Assistant Dean for Outreach and Engagement, Oregon State University: The College of Agricultural Sciences (CAS) at Oregon State University is seeking an exceptional candidate to provide leadership in support of the Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources Extension Program as Assistant Dean for Outreach and Engagement. This position serves as the College's outreach and engagement leader in support of the College's diverse Extension and outreach programs and will work closely with CAS departments on campus, as well as throughout all 36 counties within the State of Oregon. This is a full-time, 12-month, fixed-term appointment that serves at the pleasure of the Dean. The appointment includes indefinite tenure on a 9-month basis at 1.00 FTE for rank of Professor or Associate Professor within the appropriate CAS unit. Salary is commensurate with education and experience. Benefit package includes several options for health/dental/life insurance, retirement, and tuition reduction program. Required qualifications include: A minimum of a master's degree and a meritorious record of accomplishment in higher education or other professional endeavor; academic and administrative experience. Must qualify for the rank of associate professor or professor with tenure in an appropriate academic unit of the college.
