Medicine: Assistant or Associate Professor Tenure-Track Position - Department of Clinical Research and Leadership Program. The George Washington University, School of Medicine and Health Sciences invites applications for an assistant or associate professor faculty position in the Department of Clinical Research and Leadership. The George Washington (GW) University is a research-intensive institution and this is a 12-month tenure-eligible faculty position. The position will support several major graduate level online programs in the department, namely: Clinical Management and Leadership; Clinical Research Administration; Emergency Medical Services Leadership; Health Care Quality; and Regulatory Affairs, with a specific focus on directing the core portfolio of Health Sciences courses that are shared across the curricula of the mentioned programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and teaching high quality online courses at the graduate level, mentoring students attending master's programs, working with other faculty members to develop and revise curriculum, monitoring and improving the quality of teaching across programs offered through the department, providing service to the university, and pursuing a productive research agenda in the domain of health sciences. Basic Qualifications: - Terminal degree (such as PhD, EdD, Dsci) in a health sciences related field - Demonstrated effectiveness in online teaching in an academic organization - Documented excellence in online curriculum development, revision, and quality assurance - Proven track-record in scholarship through a history of peer-reviewed publications and research in health sciences.
