A tenure-track position as Assistant or Associate Professor of Management is available for August 2015. 
The successful candidate's primary teaching responsibilities will be courses in strategic management to
undergraduate business students. Additional teaching assignments might include international
management and other related topics and courses in our MBA program on campus in
Cedar Falls, Iowa and in Hong Kong and China. Applicants who are seeking a balance in
teaching/research responsibilities will find a collegial work environment at UNI.

Required qualifications include a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from a nationally or internationally-recognized doctoral program, a record of excellence in teaching, demonstrated ability to produce publishable research in business-related journals and demonstrated organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications include evidence of International Management teaching, research and/or engagement, business experience and active participation in appropriate professional associations.
