University of Florida in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Clinical Programs Coordinator to assist in improving clinical quality performance at UF CARES/Rainbow Center, by actively participating in the Clinical Effectiveness Group, quarterly chart reviews, and collecting and analyzing clinical and financial data. The coordinator will update and develop new SOPs to ensure accurate clinical data reporting and fiscal management. The coordinator will assist with budget management and control processes for the divisions contracts and grants. The coordinator will also be reviewing accounting system ledgers to prepare and analyze revenue/expense reports, special budget reports, and other ad hoc reports to maintain expenditure control and verify accuracy of division financial information. He/she will develop and maintain integrated budget spreadsheets to include all budget proposals.
Position requires a Masters degree in Health Administration or Business Administration and at least one year of related experience; or a Bachelors degree in Health Administration or Business Administration and five years of relevant experience. The five years of experience must include a strong medical background and knowledge, and at least one year experience with analyzing clinical quality performance measures, conducting clinical chart reviews and collecting and analyzing clinical data; one year experience in People Soft financial reporting, accounting systems ledgers, data analysis and HRSA contracts and grants; and one year experience with National Committee on Quality Assurance application process for patient centered Medical Home recognition is required.
