Elon University is currently accepting applications for a Facility Engineer.  The Facility Engineer will assist the Assistant Vice President for Facilities Management in the management, supervision, and execution of all engineering design and engineering planning supporting the Physical Plant Department’s operations and support for Elon University. These responsibilities include providing oversight of energy management and building systems and technical support to all divisions in Physical Plant. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably electrical or mechanical) required with a broad based knowledge of all phases of major building design, construction, and maintenance with a strong background in mechanical equipment and HVAC systems, including energy management system.
