International Studies: The Department of International Studies in the School of Global and International Studies, College of Arts and Sciences, Indiana University, invites applications for a Lecturer position, to begin August 2014. Qualified individuals who have their PhD in hand by August 2014 are encouraged to apply, particularly those with the following areas of expertise and/or experience: extensive undergraduate classroom and online teaching experience, course development (including backward course design and assessment), and utilization of emerging technologies. Courses to be developed and taught may include general introduction to international studies, international communication and the arts, methodology, and intensive writing. Proficiency in one or more foreign languages and an academic and/or pedagogical publication record are plusses.
