Associate Director UHS, Finance and Human Resources

University Health Services is seeking a dynamic, creative, team-oriented professional for the position of Associate Director UHS, Finance and Human Resources. This position is responsible for the development, management, planning and implementation of financial and human resources services for all areas designated under the scope of UHS Finance and Human Resources (University Health Services, Center for Counseling and Psychological Health, Center for Health Promotion).

 

Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in a related field such as Accounting or Finance plus 4 years of progressively responsible business, budgetary and supervisory experience within health care finance, or Bachelors degree with 6 years of progressively responsible experience as described above. Experience in the management of a relatively complex organization, responsibility for significant budgets, budget analysis, budget forecasting, making conclusions and appropriate recommendations, and operation management are required. Knowledge of health care cost accounting preferred. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends and to participate in administrative on-call rotation.

 

Hiring Salary Range: Salary commensurate with skills and experience.
