Northern State University invites applications for two Assistant Professors of MIS.


Qualifications:  Candidates should have a Ph.D. in MIS or related field.  ABDs within a year of completion will be considered.  Rank and salary depend on degree status, teaching experience, and research experience.


Responsibilities:  The successful candidates will be able to teach undergraduate courses in information processing, introduction to computers, MIS, database creation/management, E-commerce, networks, object-oriented programming, systems analysis, and related subjects.  Experience with international business would be an asset.


Setting:  Northern State University is accredited by the HLC.  The School of Business is in candidacy for accreditation with ACBSP.  Its Center of Excellence in International Business is accredited by the Network of International Business Schools.
