(Chicago) The Vice President of Integrated Fundraising will work to expand donor retention and acquisition through the implementation of strategic fundraising initiatives and deliver on The Fellowships fundraising goals and objectives. As a growing global organization, we have adapted to our new downtown Chicago office and hybrid work environment. This position is based in our Chicago headquarters and reports directly to our Global Chief Operating Officer.  In this role, the Vice President will be responsible for moving the mission and vision of The Fellowship forward while supporting their team with a hands-on management style.

As a stake holding member of the senior leadership team, the Vice President of Integrated Fundraising will work directly with our digital, direct response tv, radio, telemarketing and direct mail teams to ensure successful fundraising outcomes. This position will play a key role in developing and executing long-term organizational strategic planning, work collaboratively with the Global COO, Senior Leadership team, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders, ensuring objective for the organization are met. Additional responsibilities include strategic management of The Fellowships integrated fundraising strategy and operations for direct mail, digital, television, radio, and telemarketing teams.  Success in this position will be to ensure best practices and quality standards are being employed on all fundraising activities, lead the analytics team to optimize reporting, utilize data to glean actionable insights, assess segmentation strategies, and provide analytic support to other parts of the organization. 

We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Non-Profit Management with 15 or more years of proven success in direct response fundraising and donor acquisition. This should also include at least 5 years at a senior management level.  Individuals with a Certified Fund-Raising Executive certificate are highly desired, Master’s degree preferred. Individuals with experience working in a faith-based humanitarian organization with strong knowledge of Evangelical Christian market along with an understanding of Jewish tenets is desired.
