Under the general direction of the Associate Vice President of Undergraduate Admissions, the Director of Undergraduate Admissions maintains overall responsibility for all activities related to the recruitment of University Campus students. The Director leads the recruitment processes for first year and transfer students, and manages prospective student recruitment metrics and communications from the point of initial contact through deposit and enrollment.

The successful candidate will have excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to work with both traditional and non-traditional students with diverse backgrounds and needs. Proven ability to establish rapport with students, faculty, alumni, employers and staff colleagues and other stakeholders. Experience must include increasingly responsible collegiate admissions experience, specifically in meeting enrollment targets; recruiting and motivating faculty support, staff, students, and volunteers; recruiting targeted populations; and developing long-term recruitment strategies; operations management experience; and marketing experience.
