The College of Business at Colorado State University announces a nine-month instructor special appointment position (non-tenured, renewable, with benefits) for an individual with broad expertise in business ethics, law, and philosophy.

The responsibility of this instructor will be to teach required College of Business core Business Ethics overview courses to sophomore-level students from all business concentrations. A Ph.D., DBA, or Juris doctorate degree with expertise in business ethics and significant, related work experience in business ethics is required.

Qualified applicants must have a proven record of excellence in teaching ethics courses. Preferred qualifications include:

(a) prior effectiveness in teaching business ethics courses,

(b) a willingness to contribute to college service, such as advising student organizations or serving on honors theses,

(c) the ability to meet and maintain AACSB academic qualification criteria, and

(d) depth of related experience and credentials (professional affiliations, associations, programs, grants, scope/reach/impact on higher education students, etc.).
