Hood College is pleased to announce a tenure-track position in Accounting. Duties include teaching financial accounting, managerial accounting, strategic cost management, and other upper level accounting electives at both undergraduate and MBA levels.
Candidates who have a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a
concentration in Accounting are strongly encouraged to apply.
We will also consider candidates who are just completing their
doctorates. Professional certification (CPA, CMA) and prior
teaching, research, professional experience preferred. Candidates
must demonstrate an ability or potential for quality teaching and
scholarship. The ability to teach in a secondary area, such
as international business and finance, would be advantageous.
