Clinical Assistant Professor needed to provide full time patient care at Eastside Community Practice. This position is responsible for the delivery of direct health care with teaching responsibilities for UF Medical students and Family Medicine residents assigned to the clinics and participating in departmental activities such as clinic attending and precepting. Clinical Activities: 84% Share in customary faculty duties such as precepting, direct patient care, attending at Shands facilities, and participating in hospital or clinic call rotations as needed by the department. Education Activities: 16% Supervise, observe and evaluate medical students and Family Medicine residents who rotate to the clinic. Participate in educational conferences, seminars, and lectures.
Minimum Requirements: M.D. degree or equivalent, board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine and current Florida medical license or eligibility is required.
