WSU invites you to join our Community of Learners as an Instructor in our Social Work Department. This position is a 9-month fixed-term appointment starting August 18, 2014. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for: 1) teaching components of the generalist social work BSW program including, but not limited to, Policy, Practice, Research, Field Education and Seminar; 2) working as a team member with program assessment, practice agencies, curriculum design and student activities; 3) assisting students in completion of their senior research project; 4) advising students; and 5) providing field liaison supervision. Note you may be required to teach a course at our Rochester campus or by ITV.
If you possess a MSW from an accredited school of social work and have a minimum of 2 years post MSW practice experience, we encourage you to apply.
