The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a dynamic leader who will create a national model for Title IX and discrimination and harassment compliance and educational outreach in higher education.  This highly-visible role is expected to develop, deliver, and oversee Title IX programs as well as the protected class discrimination and harassment programs for students, faculty and staff that set a precedent for universities across the country.  This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to build a program and be a leader in higher education.  This is a new position that will serve as the campuss Title IX Officer.


Qualified candidates will have: a Masters Degree or JD and seven years of progressively responsible experience in student conduct, equal opportunity/affirmative action or human resources discrimination and harassment investigation, a minimum of three years of supervisory experience, experience and/or training in responding to complaints of sexual harassment and sexual violence as well as complaint investigation and resolution and grievances.
