Elon University invites applications for an Associate Director of the Multicultural Center. The Associate Director is responsible for coordinating student diversity education and mentorship programs and working collaboratively with campus offices that have specialized expertise in specific social identities. The individual will also work with administration, faculty, staff, alumni, and the community to create a supportive environment for inclusivity. Master’s degree required with three to five years of post-master’s professional experience in diversity education and/or higher education setting. The successful candidate will have demonstrated commitment to diversity education and inclusion. Review of applications will begin February 21, 2014. The position will remain open until filled.
