WSU invites you to join our Community of Learners as our Clinical Simulation/Laboratory Center Coordinator. Grounded in the Department of Nursings Mission, the purpose of simulated clinical and skills lab experiences are to enhance safe, effective, evidence-based practice for nursing students through innovative simulation and skill based learning. In collaboration with faculty, the clinical simulation/skill center coordinator will be responsible for the establishment of centralized processes and procedures related to the nursing simulation/skills lab center.
Minimum requirements for this position include: 1) a Baccalaureate degree in nursing from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program; 2) Licensed as a Registered Nurse with current registration or eligible for licensure in MN; 3) a minimum of 2-years acute care hospital-based nursing experience; and 4) a minimum of 2-years nursing simulation experience
Note: The successful candidate must meet background study requirements according to Minnesota statutes.
