The mission of Campus Living & Learning is to create diverse residential environments that support learning and faith development through relationally driven communities. Baylor houses approximately 5,400 students, with 1,500 enrolled in living-learning programs including three Residential Colleges and seven Living-Learning Centers.
The Associate Director for Administration is responsible for the comprehensive management of all processes and staff focused on housing assignments, residential technology, marketing, front desk management, and department budget in Campus Living & Learning. The Associate Director develops the department's occupancy management strategic plan and integrates technology, marketing, and budget knowledge to achieve the department operational plan. This individual also serves as a member of the department’s leadership team, and communicates effectively with a variety of university constituents.
Qualifications: Master’s degree and four years of relevant work experience is required. Preferred candidates will possess a Master’s degree and six years of relevant work experience. Demonstrated Christian faith is required.
