The Department of Romance Languages invites applications for a full-time, one-year appointment (non-tenure-track) as Lecturer to teach all levels of French language and Francophone culture in an undergraduate program committed to dynamic language instruction.   Possibility of annual renewal for up to an additional two years, contingent upon satisfactory performance and approval of the Dean. Position includes a teaching load of 5 courses along with administrative responsibility for language course coordination. Native or near-native linguistic ability, teaching experience at the university level, and excellent teaching credentials are required. Experience coordinating language courses highly desirable. MA required, Ph.D. preferred.
