The College of Business at Lewis University invites applications for an Associate Dean to act as a member of the College. The Associate Dean will play a significant role in the administration of the college, providing support and leadership as required.

Requirements include an earned doctorate in an academic field represented in one of the departments of the college. A minimum of three years of administrative experience at the level of department chair or above. A record of scholarship and teaching quality sufficient to qualify for appointment at the rank of associate professor is also required. Demonstrated ability to work with others to develop quality academic programs. The ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with administrators, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders. The ability to communicate with students and support their academic success is necessary. Strong written and verbal skills are essential.
