Director of Domestic Programs
Elon University seeks a dynamic professional leader for the university in a new and innovative off-campus domestic component of Elon University’s long standing commitment to excellence in global experiential education.

We are seeking a highly qualified individual whose duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:  facilitate and enterprise domestic study (support development, procedures, policies, publicity, budget/resource management, faculty connection to opportunities), advise students regarding domestic opportunities, lead marketing efforts, and coordinate with faculty and staff proposals of potential new programs for students.
Qualified candidates will have worked in higher education, provided support for university programs and hold a master’s degree. The ideal candidate will possess an enterprising mindset, demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a wide and diverse range of students and colleagues, a minimum of seven years of related experience, strong project management skills, experience writing proposals, intercultural skills, learning assessment, familiarity with databases and excellent communication skills (written, verbal, online).  Supervisory experience preferred.  We seek someone with experience managing and implementing student programs.
