The University of Florida College of Dentistry is seeking applications for two full-time tenure track or clinical track faculty positions in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Diagnostic Sciences (OMDS), at the Assistant/Associate/Full Professor rank. Salary and rank are commensurate with credentials and experience. The anticipated start date is May 1, 2014.
Candidates will be expected to fully participate in a graduate program, undergraduate teaching, clinical activities, research, and a successful radiology faculty practice. The successful candidate will also be expected to obtain a joint appointment in the College of Medicines Department of Radiology with credentialing. Applicants must have a DDS, DMD or a foreign equivalent degree, with advanced Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology training, preferably from an accredited program in the US/Canada. Preferred qualifications include Board-certification or Board-eligibility through the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (ABOMR), licensing in one or more US states and established external research funding.
