Job Description: Overall responsibility for providing interdisciplinary undergraduate bachelor's degree programs serving 850 students across topic areas including Human Services, Environmental Studies, Legal Studies, International Studies, Urban and Public Policy Studies, and Cognitive Studies. Duties include recruitment, supervision and evaluation of approximately 30 part time faculty; providing student advisement; engaging in innovative curriculum/course development consistent with the needs of major curricula and evolving University policy; representing the program to alumni and other potential  donors. In addition, the Director of IDP Program will coordinate the Graduate Interdisciplinary Masters Degree Program, comprising three flexible master's level programs in the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences. Minimum qualifications: PhD or other terminal degree; five or more years experience in a diverse academic setting.
