Reporting to the University Chaplain/Associate Provost/Director of Earl Hall Center, the Associate Director is responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive interfaith, multifaith, and ecumenical programming to meet the religious and spiritual needs of the Columbia University community. The Associate Director is the liaison with Community Impact, The Robert K. Kraft Family Center for Jewish Student Life, recognized student organizations, Student Affairs teams across the Columbia University campuses, and the Columbia Global Center network.
Masters degree in organizational psychology, human resources, or related field and minimum of six years of experience in higher education administration or human resources required. Minimum of four years of experience in day-to-day operations oversight, budget, facilities, events and venue management.
