The Division of University Advancement at Northern Arizona University is seeking a Research and Prospect Management Director responsible for directing comprehensive prospect identification, research, and management and training program to carry out the major fundraising programs of the University. The Director of Research and Prospect Management is responsible for introducing, implementing, or maximizing tools and methods to support effective prospecting and prospect management, including analytics, data mining, modeling, and appropriate metrics and reporting. They will train and support the front line fundraisers on prospect management policies, procedures, metrics, and strategy will be required. They will also act as a collaborative partner, sharing information, policies and best practices with leadership on strategic development of front line fundraising portfolios. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment and four years research/prospect management; or Master's degree in field appropriate to area of assignment and two years research/prospect management experience; or eight progressively responsible research/prospect management experience; any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.   Annual Salary: $75,000 to $85,000.
