Management/Logistics: Assistant Professor of Logistics and Supply Chain Management-Murray State University. This position will be instrumental in furthering the development of the newly created Logistics and Supply Chain Management degree program and may be physically based from the Paducah (Ky.) Regional Campus. Full-time position to begin August 2014. A balanced workload will consist of effectively teaching courses in the area of Logistics and Supply Chain Management along with research and service that is commensurate with the awarding of tenure at Murray State University. Ph.D. or D.B.A. in logistics, operations management, supply chain management or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited school required. ABD's with a documented plan of completion by appointment date will be considered. Must have a scholarly research record as evidenced by publications (or progress toward publications) in top-tier, peer reviewed journals; teaching experience at the university level; and, authorization to work in the United States.
